Physical Products:

Kindly Note a Video Before Opening the Package/Products. We Take Replacement Only If The Product Is Damaged. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached with invoice in the package. Reach/Send Us Video to sailaa.info@gmail.com. Without Valid Proof, we don’t allow Refund/Replacement.

We issue replacement or refunds or exchange whichever is feasible for us for damage of products during transit within 2 days of the orginal purchase of the product provided the damaged product is return shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. A replacement will only be provided. A refund can only be issued in case the unavailability of the same product.

The placed orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be proccessed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item considering the additional value item can be paid, or refund only for that particular item will be provided. The refund processing timeline would be 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction.

We recommended customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to pickup the product in courier service timing which is typically 9am IST to 7pm IST. In case of person unavailability, If the courier comes back even after the attemp, the customer will be notified the same or might not have to pay the return shipping charges for the courier to send once again depending on the circumstances. No refund shall be initiated for the courier returns.
